Accidental Success
I am a Flight Attendant and along with my husband we operate three other businesses. We are constantly amazed however, not surprised, how much business we gain by accident. By accident, I mean, business we somewhat stumble upon either through referrals or often times just because we make it our primary focus to be relational with folks and gain a companies business based on our friendship! Imagine all of the sales or business you stubble across and how you could increase your sales by spending a small percentage of time analyzing what went right and how you could improve. One of my favorite benefits of sales/business is the character you build! Every time I walk away from a customer I carefully determine my strengths and weaknesses and how I want to improve on both accounts and I encourage you to do the same.
